30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. To expedite the process, provide photos of the damaged item along with your return request.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• Proof of Purchase: You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

• Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
• Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

• Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
